This is not a joke))). It is just something light and funny to start with.
As I've promised you in my earlier post, first in the series BACK TO BASICS, I am continuing this thread and adding one more question
WHY
Why do we need to drink water? From Better Health Channel's point of view

Why we need to drink it every day?
Why coffee, juice, soft drinks, energy drinks are not enough?
I, however, am a firm believer that ONLY WATER hydrates you and does it without spending much energy. All other drinks need to be processed, broken down to micro-parts and then absorbed - spending your energy (minerals, etc.) to do so. So, just think about it.
Or put it simply: WATER IS HYDRATION, everything else is FOOD
and Why do we need to choose carefully what water we drink?
- we need plenty of water
- we need clean water
- we need water that will be absorbed by our cells without much exertion
- we need water that won't get 'stuck' in our kidneys and will give us swollen legs in the morning
- we need water that will help our cells with their everyday processes
- we need water that won't just wash through but actually work inside of our bodies
